Hello,
My company is looking for an independent/team of freelance game developers for the following project. However it is not exactly a game but something similar to it, and I was wondering if you guys could do it. I want a programme through which a person can upload his/her picture and get it converted into cartoon. I want a similar platform like this site.

Here are the most essential parts of the system.
1. It should be possible to upload an image and then scan it and generate a cartoon image of the persons face.
2. It should be possible to choose different color skins, body types etc. to form your own appearance.
3. It should be possible to interact with other people in a virtual world partially 3d (checkout the attachments)
Here is a bit more description for you:
First the website user is asked to upload an image. When the image is uploaded, it is analyzed and a face is generated. Then the user can change the presentation of their person as they wish. After the user has generated their person, whey will be able to enter the virtual world (see the attachments). In the virtual world it should be possible to chat with other people (website users from around the world). Besides chat (using the keyboard) it should be possible to sleep, kiss, sex, dance, hug.
That is pretty much it. Hope it makes sense and that it\'s possible. Can you send me an approximate pricing and the time line? It has to be flash / silverlight, because it has to work on websites.
